Our spacious, climate-controlled venue combines refined design with the natural beauty and character of the countryside. With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, Darby offers a setting that feels private, welcoming, and distinctly its own.
And while our look has evolved, one of the most memorable parts of Darby remains the same—our beloved Highland cattle. Known as the gentle giants of Scotland, our Highlands have become guest favorites and are always happy to make an appearance in a photo or two. You'll also find miniature goats and donkeys throughout the property, adding an unexpected touch that guests of all ages love.
Located just 30 miles north of Tampa and minutes from historic downtown Dade City, Darby offers the peaceful feel of a private countryside retreat while remaining convenient to Tampa and many of Central Florida's most popular destinations.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property, visit the animals, and capture plenty of photos during their time at Darby.
